Designed especially for the Estate coffee farm, small processor, or coffee shop our 10 lb capacity roaster produces a uniform roast from light through to dark continental in times from 10 to 12 minutes per full load, and is available as either fully electric, or propane heated with electric controls.

This proven design is in daily use in both electric and propane versions.

The separate cooling hopper allows for continuous roasting - roast one batch while the previous one cools.

Adjustable airflow allows the operator to vary  the conditions for  any size bean.

Electric Model: For orders placed by March 31st - $5,250.00, plus shipping.

Propane Model: $6,450.00, plus shipping

Coffee Roaster News

100% Kona Coffee has won the International Parmigiano-Reggiano Award

The award is presented every two years for top quality foods that represent a geographic origin, and work to protect it from piracy. It was presented October 23rd at the Salone Del Gusto in Turin, the huge international food expo that draws over 150,000 visitors. Colehour Bondera, vice president of the KCFA, accepted the award on behalf of Kona’s coffee farmers.

"This award opens the door for Kona coffee farmers and marketers to pursue an international seal of Protected Designation of Origin, such as the European Union offers at this regional level," said Colehour. "Such international certification would open up markets in Europe and Japan. This is also relevant at the national level for product recognition."

Colehour then spoke about Kona Coffee's terroir and artisanal processing. Colehour and his wife Melanie farm 10 acres, and process all their coffee themselves, including custom roasting it on an ASHE propane roaster. Twenty-seven ASHE electric roasters are also in constant use by Kona’s family farms, helping to deliver perfect fresh-roast coffee to their customers around the world.

Well Done, Kona Coffee!

ASHE is proud to be a founder and continuing member of the KCFA
